Characteristics :

It is the gathering of the grapes raised out of barrels of oak in the traditional way that gives our Red Mercurey wine its slightly red fruits wooded bouquet.

at between 14 and 16°C

Coming from the Black Pinot vine, our Red Burgundy perpetuates the red spicy fruity flavours of its ancestors.

The flexibility of the tanins in our red Burgundy wine makes the drinking of it within 2 years very fine.

Red Burgundy accompanies in a perfect way red meats or some cheeses.
Is to be served at between 14 and 16°C
